Meeting Date, Time, Location: Tuesday, July 9th, 7:00 p.m., Township Hall, Board Room, 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, Michigan
Nature of Hearing: To hear and consider any objections to the proposed improvements received by petition signed by the property owners representing 27 of the 40 property owners of the parcels of property fronting the private road SAD for improvements of the private road; including, grading, dust control, and snow removal.
The plans and cost estimates are on file with the Clerk’s Office for public examination.
This special assessment district may include periodic redeterminations of cost which will not require a separate public hearing or further notice.
