Supervisor Krotche called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Nikkel, Goetzinger, Job, Swiacki, Krotche and Fire Chief Steve Kohut
Board reviewed the proposed FY25/26 fire and general operating budgets. No formal actions were taken. January 23 and February 13 Budget Workshops were cancelled. Next budget workshop will be February 20. Necessary updates to Policies and Procedures were discussed. Meeting adjourned at 8:39 p.m.
