On April 21, 2026, the Township Board of Trustees for the Township of Ray, approved an Amendment to the Ray Township Zoning Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 36, as amended. The purpose of the Amendment is to Section 3001, Definitions, Lot Width, requiring the minimum lot width to be measured from a public street.
A complete copy of the Ordinance Amendment is posted in the office of the Township Clerk located at 64255 Wolcott Rd., Ray, MI 48096 and on the Ray Township website which can be accessed at www.raytownship.org. The Ordinance Amendment may be reviewed, inspected or a copy purchased at the Township Clerk’s Office Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Ordinance Amendment shall take effect seven (7) days after this publication.
