NOTICE: Please be advised that, no person owning or occupying any premise shall permit or maintain on any such premises any growth of noxious weeds or any growth of grass or other rank vegetation to a greater height then six (6) inches on the average or any accumulation of dead weeds, grass, or brush on any lot less than one acre in size. On lots in excess of one acre in size, no person owing or occupying any premises shall permit of maintain, within 50 feet from the edge of the street or property line, any growth of noxious weeds or any growth of grass or other rank vegetation to a greater height then six (6) inches on the average or any accumulation of dead weeds, grass or brush.
It shall be the duty of the owner or occupier of any premises within the Village of Romeo to cut and remove an destroy by lawful means all such noxious weeds and grass as often as may be necessary to comply with these provisions of this ordinance.
ALL NOXIOUS WEEDS AND GRASS MUST BE CUT BEFORE JUNE 1ST OF EACH YEAR, AND AS OFTEN THEREAFTER AS IS NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDINANCE.
