A Public Hearing will be at the regular Council meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. To be held at the Memphis Council Chambers, located at 80375 Main Street Memphis, MI. 48041. The purpose is to discuss the proposed 2026/27 City Budget Adoption. A copy of the 2026/27 proposed budget is available for public inspection in the Clerk’s Office, 80375 Main St., Memphis, MI. 48041. The proposed millage rates for FY 2026/2027 to support the budget are as follows: City Operating is 13.3385. City Roads is 1.8658. Police Operating is 2.8640.
