Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 5.0 Site Standards, Section 5.20 Sign Regulations, G. Allowed Signs and Dimensional Standards, 3. Allowed Permanent Signs, a. The types of permanent signs listed in 5.20.G.2 are allowed, subject to the specified standards. Additional standards may apply as indicated by superscript in the table, and as articulated following the Table. All general sign standards, including those in Subsections 5.20.H. and I., also apply Table 5.20.G.3. Allowed Permanent Sign Types and Standards, Monument Sign, Dimensions, Maximum Sign Area: 48 square feet.

To request a variance which if granted would allow for a 96 square foot monument sign.
