The following motions were made and passed: To approve agenda as presented. To approve bills list. To receive and file departmental reports. To approve minutes: 5.13.26.
Approved: Resolution No. 2026-10 Extension of the moratorium on data center construction in Armada Township for an additional 180 days. Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement. Michigan Township Association annual dues $7,537.54. Resignation from Firefighter/Paramedic William Roth, changed September 2 board meeting to Thursday, September 3. Publish RFP for Planner/Consultant. Appointed committee for Planner/Consultant.
