The Charter Township of Oakland Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding the following variances:
1) 7’8” front yard setback variance for new residence.
2) 25’ setback variance to the Natural Features Setback.
Parcel 10-19-203-013. Lot 75 Green Brook Hills Subdivision. General Location – East side of Serenity Dr. (south of Orion and west off Adams Roads in Section 19).
The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on August 18, 2026. Any interested person may comment upon a scheduled agenda item during the public hearing to be held at the date, time and location noted. Written comments may be submitted to the Charter Township of Oakland at 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, Michigan 48306. Documents pertaining to any request on the agenda are available for review during normal business hours at the Oakland Township office or at the hearing. Necessary and reasonable aids to individuals with disabilities will be provided at the meeting with seven days’ notice.
