NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Romeo Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Meeting Room, 361 Morton Street, Romeo, Michigan 48065, to consider the following Special Land Use request:

Request: Special Land Use approval to operate a Bed and Breakfast Establishment at the above-referenced property.
The subject property is located within the O Office District, where bed and breakfast establishments may be permitted as a Special Land Use pursuant to Section 46-273(3) of the Village of Romeo Zoning Ordinance. The request is subject to the applicable requirements of Section 46-273, the Special Land Use review standards of Section 46-653, and other applicable provisions of the Village of Romeo Zoning Ordinance.
The Planning Commission will receive public comments regarding the proposed Special Land Use at the public hearing. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and provide comments in person. Written comments may also be submitted prior to the public hearing to the Village of Romeo, 121 W. St. Clair Street, Romeo, MI 48065 or emailed to Sarah Korth at Skorth@villageofromeomi.gov.
