A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on September 22, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd., Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Karen Reilly, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee
ABSENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Jack Elder, Trustee
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the consent agenda, as read.
3. To adopt Resolution No. 26-19, a resolution approving the new Courts and Law Enforcement Management Information System (CLEMIS) participation agreement and authorize the township manager to sign it.
4. To approve the budget amendments proposed by the Historic District Commission Director in her memorandum dated August 20, 2026.
5. To introduce and enter into first reading the Zoning Ordinance amendments to Ordinance 113, the Compatible Renewable Energy Ordinance, Article V, (Special Approval Land Use).
6. To adopt Resolution No. 26-20, a resolution increasing the township’s financial contribution to the Marsh View Park Access Improvements grant from $370,500 to $385,250, a $14,750 increase, and authorize the township clerk to sign it.
7. To adjourn at 7:38 pm.
