Please be advised that on Thursday October 24, 2019 the Village of Romeo, Michigan Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request from Meldrum Properties LLC for rezoning of property generally located at Clinton Street and East St Clair, property ID 01-35-454-016. The property owner is requesting a rezoning from R-1 Residential to Industrial.

The proposed documents may be examined, or written comments may be submitted, at the Village Clerk’s Office during business hours 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., (Monday through Friday). Members of the public may appear at the public hearing in person to ask questions or voice their opinions.
This hearing is being held as prescribed by the Village of Romeo Zoning Ordinance and the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, P.A. 110 of 2006, as amended.
