NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT OF
LAND DIVISION REGULATIONS ORDINANCE
On July 14, 2021, the Armada Township Board of Trustees adopted an Amendment of the Armada Township Land Division Regulation Ordinance. The Ordinance Amendment provides that the depth of a lot shall not exceed 5 times the width rendering the Land Division Regulation Ordinance consistent with the Armada Township Zoning Ordinance, and repeals any and all Ordinances and/or Resolutions in conflict therewith.
A copy of the Ordinance Amendment has been posted in the Armada Township Clerk’s office, on the Township’s website at www.armadatwp.org and may be purchased or inspected during regular business hours at the Armada Township Clerk’s office located at 23121 Main Street, Armada, MI 48005.
