NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, August 9th, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the municipal offices located at 74274 Burk Street, Armada, Michigan, the Village Council of the Village of Armada will conduct a public hearing on a proposed ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance to authorize the Village Council to consider granting of a use variance and create a transitional overlay (TO) district.
The public hearing will afford members of the public an opportunity to provide verbal and written comment on the proposed ordinance, a copy of which will be available for public inspection at the above-identified municipal offices during regular business hours and at the public hearing.
