A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 9:02 AM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 9:04 AM pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(C), to discuss a legal update regarding negotiations of Collective Bargaining Agreement.
3. To adjourn the meeting at 10:29 AM.
