PUBLIC NOTICE – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday June 6th 2022 at 6:30 p.m., at 57900 Van Dyke, Washington Township Michigan 48094 in the Board Room at the Washington Township Municipal Building. The purpose of this meeting is to consider an appeal by:

By reason of:

Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 3.0 Zoning Districts, Section 3.6 R1-C Single Family Residential, D. Development Standards, Maximum Impervious Surface.

Purpose of request:

To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to construct an inground pool with pavement surrounding the pool area that would exceed the maximum impervious surface ratio by 5.8%, (672.8 square feet of area in excess of what is permitted by ordinance).

Location: Stonebriar Subdivision, Lot 107

All property owners within 300 feet are being notified. The public may participate in the meeting by attending in person or sending a representative to attend for them.
