Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Township Board members present at roll call: Goetzinger, Grembi, Paterek, Swiacki and Murray. Approved agenda as presented. Approved bills as presented. Received and filed departmental reports. Minutes: 4.13.22 and 4.20.22 approved as presented. Approved Resolution No. 2022-4 approving ballot proposition for November 8, 2022 General Election – Addition of Trustees to a General Law Township Board. Approved 2022 Limestone Sharing Cost agreement with Macomb County Department of Roads in the amount of $26,595 a 10% cost share agreement. FY22/23 General Fund Budget Amendment as presented. Meeting adjourned at 8:16 p.m.
