A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 7:02 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as amended.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To appoint Jeanne Langlois to the Oakland Township Zoning Board of Appeals for the remainder of a term ending September 2023.
4. To appoint Leonard Kutschman to the Oakland Township Zoning Board of Appeals as an alternate for the remainder of a term ending September 2024.
5. To reappoint Peter Jarzyna to the Oakland Township Historic District Commission for a 3-year term, ending May 2025.
6. To appoint Janice Derry to the Oakland Township Historic District Commission for a 3-year term, ending May 2025.
7. To approve Resolution No. 22-06 Authorizing West Nile Virus Fund Expense Reimbursement and authorize the Township Clerk to sign.
8. To approve Manager Kline to purchase additional maintenance equipment in the amount not to exceed $15,000.
9. To form a subcommittee consisting of Clerk Buxar and Trustee Elder to evaluate the roads.
10. To adjourn the meeting at 8:09 PM.
