The Township of Armada Board of Review will meet at the Armada Township Hall, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, MI 48005 on the following dates to hear assessment appeals from property owners:
Monday, March 13 from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, March 15 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

APPEALS MAY BE MADE BY MAIL TO: ARMADA TOWNSHIP ASSESSOR, P.O. BOX 578, ARMADA, MI 48005-0578; EMAILED TO ASSESSOR@ARMADATWP.ORG, HAND-DELIVERED OR FAXED TO 586-784-5211. THEY MUST BE RECEIVED BY 1 PM MARCH 15 TO ENSURE THAT THEY WILL BE REVIEWED BEFORE ADJOURNMENT ON MARCH 15.

March Board of Review will hold an organizational meeting at 3:30 on Tuesday March 7, at the township hall. If necessary, the board will hold a final meeting on March 20 at 9 a.m. for as long as is necessary to conclude their paperwork and verify instructions to the assessor. No appeals will be heard at the organizational or final open meetings.
The final ratio of assessments to true cash values as determined by the Macomb County Equalization Department is 50% for all classes of property.
