Regular Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Roll call and Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Approval of Consent Agenda – motion carried with edits to the agenda. Correspondences – None. Special Presentations – presentation from Macomb County postpones till March meeting. Public Comments – Comments were heard. Officer reports: President – report given, Clerk – report given, Treasurer – absent, Trustees- reports given, Planning Commission Ex-Ofico – report given. Committee reports- Bruce Sewer – report given; Crosswalk Project Sub Committee – report given. Unfinished business: Re-Zoning Request, 102 Church Street – motion failed, waiting for completed lot combination; Tree Board Appointment – motion carried; Trustee appointment – motion to appoint Noland Kare failed; *Confirmation of Clerk Having or Not Having Insurance/being bonded – discussion, follow up at next meeting. New Business: Police Purchase – motion carried; WWTP Pump Purchase – motion carried; Council Rules of Procedure – discussion, updates to come at next meeting; Accounting Services – motion carried to go out for bid; Reading of Ordinances/Policies – discussion for procedure, no board action; Discussion Having Committee/Task Force Updates – discussion held about new information software on website, no board action; For information only-review of information presented in packet, no board action; *Presidents Salary – discussion, no board action. CLOSED SESSION- for the purpose of property acquisition [at 8:40 p.m.]. Enter into regular session [at 9:03 p.m.] Meeting Adjournment – Meeting adjourned at 9:04 p.m.
