Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 5.0 Site Standards, Section 5.8 Pathways, Sidewalks and Walkways, A.3.a (2) Pathways along required roads for any development in which a site plan must be submitted for review by the Planning Commission.
Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to not have to construct an eight (8’) foot wide concrete pathway across the 32 Mile Road frontage of both parcels included with this application for a variance request.
