Approved: Departmental reports. Minutes: 3.2.23; 3.8.23 and 3.30.23 as presented. Agenda as presented. Current bills as presented. Rescheduled – May 10 meeting to officially make the Township of Armada a Purple Heart Township with a formal resolution to be read. 2023 County limestone program. Trustee Job and Supervisor Paterek appointed to water and sewer committee. Policy and Procedures Manual approved. Approved special license for Armada Lions Charities for Cider Dayze from August 26-27, 2023. $500 pledge to Macomb PDR Committee for 2024 grant cycle. $13,500 for County Drain Maintenance Match Program – Coon Creek. The board will develop RFPs for Attorney, Community Planner, Auditor and Engineer. Approved graphics for new ambulance with Mijak Graphics not to exceed $2,976.
