A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To approve Resolution No. 23-09 to approve the Charter Township of Oakland, County of Oakland, State of Michigan Resolution Adopting a Final Project Planning Document for Wastewater System Improvements and Designating an Authorized Project Representative and authorize the Clerk to sign.
4. To approve the purchase of two (2) pressure washers from Easy-Kleen Pressure Systems LTD for the price of $6500.00 as quoted in quote #75829. The funds will come from the 2023 Budgeted line Item of 206.901.980.100.
5. To to reappoint Mark Gerhard to the Oakland Township Historic District Commission for a 3-year term, ending May 2026.
6. To adjourn the meeting at 8:26 PM.
