Approval of Minutes from March 20, 2023 with spelling correction – motion carried. Approval of the Bills – motion carried. Correspondences – submissions were read. Special Presentations – Purple Heart Community. Public Comments – Moved to item 12. Officer reports: President – report given, Clerk – report given, Treasurer – copy in board packet, Trustees- reports given, Planning Commission Ex-Ofico – report given. Committee reports- Bruce Sewer – did not meet; Crosswalk Project Sub Committee – did not meet. Unfinished business: Rules of Procedure – approved with updates. Water Ordinance Update Resolution – approved with updates. Office Time Study – discussion. IT RFP – approval to continue with RFP process. 102 church Street – approved to send back to the Planning Commission. New Business: Bond Authorizing Resolution – motion carried. Bond Road Work Estimate – motion carried. Discussion of DDA Board Responsibilities Being Given to Planning Commission – discussion on process. No board action taken. Angelica’s Place Road Cost Estimate – discussion, no board action. WWTP Purchase – motion carried. DDA Event Permit – motion carried. Tree Board Appointment – motion carried. RPCTF Appointment – motion carried. Investment Policy – discussion, item to come back at next meeting. Village Vehicle – motion carried to sell vehicle.
