PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed with the Township Board of the Charter Twp of Washington signed by the record owner(s) of greater than (10%) percent of the number of parcels of land in the district for the dissolution of said Street Lighting Special Assessment District. The Township Board will meet on May 17, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Township Offices, 57900 Van Dyke Rd., Washington, Michigan, for the purpose of hearing any objections to the petition and the dissolution of the Washington Pointe Phase 2 Street Lighting Special Assessment District.
