A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda, item #1 a & b.
3. To approve the minutes as amended.
4. To approve the second reading of the amendments to Oakland Township Ordinance Chapter 115, Alcoholic Beverages and direct the Township Clerk to publish said Ordinance in accordance with the state law.
5. To approve the new application entitled “New Liquor License or Transfer of Existing License Ordinance 105, Alcohol Beverages”.
6. To approve Resolution No. 23-10 To Prepay The Drain Assessment For Oakland-Macomb Interceptor Drain Drainage District and authorize the Clerk to sign and the Treasurer to issue a $159,439 payment.
7. To table this item until the Board’s next agenda on May 23, 2023.
8. To adjourn the meeting at 7:54 PM.
