Pres. Coenen called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Clark, Coenen, Ballard, Sledz, Shall, Adair, and Boelke. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Porter, Stacy Sobotka, Amy Barzyk, and Kevin Grand.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as amended: Removed RCM Minutes of 04/24/23 for correction, added as New Business Item F; Payment of Bills totaling $191,435.99 as presented. Unanimously Approved: to accept the bid from Total Asphalt Paving, Inc. in the amount of $5,000.00 and to permit the Clerk or Street Administrator to sign on behalf of the Village; to accept the bid from Total Asphalt Paving Inc. in the amount of $29,945.00 with a $6,000.00 down payment and to permit the Clerk or DPW Supervisor to sign on behalf of the Village; to accept the quote from DTE for installation of a light pole and LED fixtures at the corner of Franklin and Torrey Streets in the amount of $4,869.05 and to permit the Clerk or DPW Supervisor to sign on behalf of the Village; to accept the proposal from Rowe Professional Services in the amount of $34,000.00 invoiced to the Village monthly until until the successful contractor is selected, and to permit the Street Administrator to sign on behalf of the Village; Correction to page 1, Under members present, removed Treasurer Porter as present.
