• Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 5.0 Site Standards, Section 5.1 Accessory Buildings, B.1. Area Requirements, a. Lot area less than one acre in size, 2. Maximum combined square footage permitted for attached/detached.
Purpose of request:
• To request a variance, which if granted would allow existing concrete to remain that exceeds the maximum 45% impervious surface requirement by 400 square feet, (1.9%).
• To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to construct a 772 square foot accessory structure, (Cabana), which exceeds the maximum square footage permitted for an accessory structure for lots less than one acre in size by 263 square feet.
