Notice is hereby given that the Bruce Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 beginning at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at the Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a request for special land use approval submitted by Marco and Jane Pierobon. The applicant is seeking a special land use approval to permit an accessory building in the side yard at 4155 32 Mile vacant (parcel ID 14-01-32-300-016).
A complete copy of the application for special land use approval may be examined at Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 AM through 4:30 PM and Thursday, 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM. Written comments may be addressed to the Planning Commission at the Township Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on June 7th, 2023.
This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, PA 110 of 2006, as amended.
