A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To select for the ground storage tank, type T-5 – Concrete with Brick embedded into the ground as far as possible.
4. To select the brick façade for the pump station cladding.
5. To select the pump station and tank location in L1, NE of the tank and NW of the well house.
6. To select the Generator Location of G2 – Included in the interior.
7. To select the fencing choice of F2 – architectural coated steel.
8. To approve the renewal subscription for MTA Annual Dues also include the essentials option and contribution to the legal funds.
9. To approve the purchase of 5 sets of turnout gear from Macqueen Equipment per the attached quote in the sum of $17,867.25 from account 206.901.980.342.
10. To approve the purchase of a 2024 Chevy 1-ton pickup truck from Todd Wenzel Buick GMC under the MIDeal Plan for a total cost of $54,276.00, from account 206.901.981.000 as budgeted in the 2023 budget.
11. To approve the recommended applications of limestone and gravel for the roads.
12. To appoint Evan Agnello to the SPTC for a 3-year term expiring May 2026.
13. To adjourn the meeting at 9:09 PM.
