A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 6:08 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 6:10 PM for the purpose of: Discussion of a confidential legal opinion: Conveyance of Well Hydrants and Dry Hydrant; Discussion of a confidential legal opinion regarding personnel; Discussion of a confidential legal opinion: Demolition as a means of abating a nuisance.
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:51 PM.
