On June 21, 2023, the Township Board of Trustees for the Charter Township of Washington, approved an Amendment to the Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, being Ordinance 138, as amended, revising the Zoning Map to reflect the Rezoning of Parcel ID No. 24-04-11-400-031 and reconfigured Parcel ID No. 24-04-11-400-030 from A-1 to IRT.
A complete copy of the Zoning Ordinance Amendment and revised Zoning Map are posted in the office of the Township Clerk located at 57900 Van Dyke Avenue, Washington Township, Michigan 48094 and on the Washington Township website which can be accessed at www.washingtontownship.org. The Zoning Ordinance Amendment and revised Zoning Map may be reviewed, inspected or a copy purchased at the Township Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Ordinance Amendment shall take effect seven (7) days after this publication.
