Pres. Coenen called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Clark, Coenen, Ballard, Sledz, Shall, Adair, and Boelke. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Porter, Carol Homan, Stacy Sobotka, Marge Sobotka, Phillip Whitman (DTE), and Kevin Grand.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard a Presentation from Phillip Whitman, DTE, regarding the upgrades to the DTE system in our area. Heard/received Reports: Code Enforcement and Treasurer Reports for June, 2023, Street Administrator Sledz; and Water Commissioner Boelke. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: Approved RCM Minutes of 06/26/23 as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $61,560.23 as presented. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 8:06 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
