NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m., in the Municipal Offices located at 74274 Burk Street, Armada, Michigan, the Armada Village Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing for a Variance to the Village of Armada Zoning Ordinance – Chapter 5, Sec 5.101 – Table of Dimensional Standards and Chapter 5 Sec. 5.302 – Area and Yard Regulations. Applicant requests a variance on side lot setback at Parcel Identification Number 02-23-477-009, comprised of property address 73111 Fulton Street, Armada.
The public hearing will afford members of the public an opportunity to provide verbal and written comment on the proposed Variance. Relevant documents may be reviewed and/or written comments may be submitted to the ZBA at the Village office from this date through August 10, 2023.
