A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 6:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 6:02 PM for the purpose of: 1) Discussion of confidential legal opinion for tree ordinance amendment; 2) Discussion of confidential legal opinion on Public Act 152; 3) Township Manager Evaluation.
3. To approve going into closed session at 6:35 PM for the purpose of: 1) Discussion of confidential legal opinion on liquor license.
4. To adjourn the meeting at 6:43 PM.
