The Charter Township of Oakland Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding the following variances:
1) A 15.3 foot side yard variance for shed.
2) A 5.3 foot rear yard variance for shed.
5665 Beechview Drive. General Location – East side of Beechview Drive south of Broadleaf Drive in Section 35.
The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on September 19, 2023. Any interested person may comment upon a scheduled agenda item during the public hearing to be held at the date, time and location noted. Written comments may be submitted to the Charter Township of Oakland at 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, Michigan 48306. Documents pertaining to any request on the agenda are available for review during normal business hours at the Oakland Township office or at the hearing. Necessary and reasonable aids to individuals with disabilities will be provided at the meeting with seven days’ notice.
