A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 7:09 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To appoint Treasurer Giannangeli as chairperson for this meeting.
2. To approve the agenda as presented.
3. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
4. To approve the Rochester Community Schools Police/School Liaison Budget for Oakland Township of $47,037 for the school year 2023-2024 and authorize the Township Supervisor to sign.
5. To approve the Agreement for Election Services with Oakland County and the City of Rochester Hills and authorize the Township Clerk to execute the same.
6. To approve the Safety Path Easements Proposal with PEA for Professional Services.
7. To adjourn the meeting at 7:34 PM.
