A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 5:17 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
ABSENT: Andy Zale, Trustee
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 5:21 PM for the purpose of Township Manager Evaluation.
3. To adjourn the meeting at 5:40 PM.
