A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 5:17 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To appoint Treasurer Giannangeli as President Pro Tem for this meeting.
2. To approve the agenda as presented.
3. To adjourn the meeting at 7:03 PM.
