Pres. Coenen called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Clark, Coenen, Sledz, Shall, Adair, and Boelke. Absent: Ballard. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Porter, Jeffrey Bahorski, Stacy Sobotka, Curtis McBride, Amy Delia, and Merideth Leighty .
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard/received Reports: Code Enforcement, Police Action, and Treasurer Reports for September, 2023, Water Commissioner Boelke, Street Administrator Sledz, and Planning Commission Liaison Shall gave verbal reports. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: Approved RCM Minutes of 09/25/23 as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $78,148.96 as presented; the Special Event Permit Application from the Armada Area Chamber of Commerce on October 14, 2023 between 10:30 am and 3:30 pm for Autumn in Armada. Unanimously Approved: to accept the Audit for Fiscal Year ending March 31, 2023, and to place on file; to appoint Trustees Adair, Shall, and Treasurer Porter to the Negotiation Committee for the employee agreements.
