A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 4:12 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 4:13 PM for the purpose of: MCL 15.268 To discuss matters related to confidential legal opinion regarding personnel decisions related to the position of Township Superintendent.
3. To adjourn the meeting at 5:20 PM.
