NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Municipal Offices located at 74274 Burk Street, Armada, Michigan, the Village Council of the Village of Armada will conduct a public hearing on a proposed ordinance amending the Village Code of Ordinances Title VIII – Business and Trades Chapters 71 – 78 (Fees and Bonds Required, Peddlers, Solicitors, Junk Dealers, Gasoline Stations, Poolrooms and Bowling Establishments, Recreation, Amusements and Games, Vending Machines and Coin Operated Machines).
The public hearing will afford members of the public an opportunity to provide verbal and written comment on the proposed ordinance, a copy of which will be available for public inspection at the above-identified municipal offices during regular business hours and at the public hearing.
