Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Township Board members present at roll call: Goetzinger, Grembi, Paterek, Swiacki and Murray. Approved agenda as amended. Approved bills as presented. Received and filed departmental reports. Minutes: 5.11.22 approved as presented. Awarded Assistance to Firefighters Grant for exercise equipment to Direct Fitness. Approved Generator maintenance for fire department and Village of Armada for a period of five years cost sharing. Township will participate in the 150th Armada Fair Anniversary with a float in the parade – expense not to exceed $500. Approved survey for township property by King Surveying, Inc. at a cost of $1,200. Meeting adjourned at 8:53 p.m.
