COUNCIL ACTION: Approved Agenda as presented. Heard and/or Received: Code Enforcement Report for May, 2022; the Treasurer’s Report for April, 2022, the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of 5-2-22; Verbal reports from Water Commissioner Boelke, Police Commissioner Ballard; Street Administrator Sledz, and Planning Commission Liaison and Trustee Shall. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 5/23/22 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $259,772.55 as presented. Heard a verbal report from Sewer Commissioner Clark Unanimously approved: the following per meeting wages effective 4/1/22: Planning Commission Chair $60.00, Planning Commission Secretary $50.00, Planning Commission Member $40.00, Zoning Board of Appeals Chair $50.00, Zoning Board of Appeals Secretary $40.00, Zoning Board of Appeals member $30.00, Cable Commission Member $50.00; to approve the sale of two (2) Trek Mountain Bikes and the speed radar trailer through advertisement and bid solicitation on an on-line auction site and to authorize the Police Chief to accept the highest qualified bids received; to approve the purchase of two portable Kustom Signal PMD-12 mounted speed signs for $2,728.00/each and four spare mounting kits for $144.00/each; to approve the Resolution to establish a request for funding, designate an agent, attest to the existence of funds and commit to implementing a maintenance program funded by the transportation Economic Development Fund Category B program for the rehabilitation of existing asphalt pavement on Lathrop Street from Fulton Street to Floral Street; to allow the Water Department to sell the Emerson High Velocity Thrust Motor and the Johnson Gear Right Angle Gear Drive on BidCorp with minimum starting bis of $150.00 and $100.00 respectively.
